TV Drive

Support, one for the morning,

 

Have had a TV Drive for a long long time now and it is becoming troublesome, with frequent reboots and errors.

All in I have reformatted it three times. It frequently freezes and has problems with recordings disappearing/reappearing.

 

I would like to have my box upgraded for free to a V+HD box whilst keeping my existing (out of contract) intact.

 

Surely there is some kind of program in place to renew older equipment approaching the end of its' lifespan?
