Another reason not to go with them! I had loads of others when they were knocking on my door recently, (twice in one week, keen,) my son wont change the broadband any way, he reckons Virgins the best, no On Demand or TV Choice, (Id miss that,) cant record 2 channels while u watch a 3rd, no lifetime warranty, not to mention that ugly dish!
If anyone's still not sure as they feel they get a lot of problems and issues with VM Tv, boxes etc just go to a friend's who has Sky, I sat flicking through their channels once and yes, it does have a lot of channels, but all is not what it seems, its just padded out with loads of random and c@*p channels that must have a total viewing figure of two per week! Do they do this to make it SEEM like good value for money? VM has a smaller channel lineup, but a small lineup of good channels worth watching.
Also I'll never moan about issues again, this friend and others are constantly complaining about Sky losing signal completely, usually for around a whole day just down to a bit of bad weather.
Must be down to that dish again.
At least we dont lose signal completely down to something as simple as that, well, I never have anyway.
Happy viewing, chatting, surfin' etc

They did say they could do it all for about £45, as opposed to the £65 or so I pay now, dont know how they were gonna do that of if it would be only an introductory offer, (the usual for many companies to encourage new customers, if so, Id like it in writing please!) Anyway, being on tight budget, the lifetime warranty has always been really important to me. At least I know i can keep watchin telly!
Cant be doing with the hassle anyway. x
