Hi Ahayes,
if you need a replacement V+ remote quickly I would suggest that you telephone VM customer services directly by dialling 150 from a VM landline, or alternatively you can dial 08454541111 from any telephone.
It can take any thing from 3 to 5 days to receive a reply from a VM tech here, so depending upon the urgency, you can either wait for a reply from a tech, or telephone directly.

Could I also please request a replacement V+ remote control. Mine has went faulty and now works intermittently. I have replaced the batteries and the problem remains.
Sometimes it does not work, and sometimes it lights as if a button is being pressed when it isn't.
