Remote problem.

Hi.

I have just bought a Hannspree SJ28DMBB TV for the spare room. It is attached to a Samsung V+ box. My only problem is I cannot get the VM remote to control the TV volume. I have the type 8 remote and although there are two codes for Hannspree shown in the list, neither of them will work. I gather that a type 12 remote might be more successful, there are five Hannspree codes shown for that remote.

So, my question is, will the type 12 work the Samsung V+, and if so how do I go about getting one?
