any chance of a reply to my last post.

Is it likely the new remote was the wrong one or do I have to wait for an engineer next week.

Dont want to get a engineer out unless really necessary.

Hi there

 

Got 2 boxes - a V+ downstairs but also an old Pace TVDrive in a bedroom.  The remote for that one has finally started being non/intermittently responsive and ( dont laugh!) the other problem is that most of the "lables" on or around most of the buttons have finally worn off.  ( It's  the original Telewest branded remote with a small green crescent thing at the bottom!)   Could you possibly send me a replacement please which will work with the old Pace TvDrive box ??
