Re: Remote control

New ones ordered for both of you. RSL the reason we were asking was indeed to see if we can supply this for free, which in the case of your lost remote we can replace but it does carry a charge of £20. I wasnt suggesting that you didnt want to pay and I see that you are happy to pay as above but I was merely trying to see if we could do this free of charge for you.

lmao...

Ok so under what circumstances would I receive a free remote?  It's actually my dads remote.  He's has it for years, through wear and tear and my grandmother dropping it several times it no longer works...

Warranty.  Mine just gave up the ghost despite being a few weeks old and is being replaced FOC, it's one of them new ones, cheap and tacky IMO.

The old TV Drive remote lasted for an age! absolutely solid and comfortable to use!

As it's old they might replace it but your grandmother dropping it... they might be nice.

Call 150 and go through to help with TV.

Or a Virgin staff member may be able to it here for you when they see your post.
