HI!

 

Today, I was called by someone at Virgin Media (from this number: 0800 408 9341) and they said that because I was a 'loyal' customer, they would offer me an XL tv package at the same price as a L package for the first 3 months. After this, the price would only be a further £7 a month if I wanted to retain the XL package. 

 

Can someone from VM confirm if thisoffer was genuine and if it was truly a phonecall from Virgin Media?

Yes, the call is from VM. In regards to the offer I would get them to explain how it's only £7 more after the 3 months as the normal difference is £12

 

Not saying it's not a valid offer, just make sure you know what it is in full before you agree.
