New V+HD Remote Needed

My Virgin Box has recently been replaced - I now have a new-style "V BoxHD", however the remote control was not replaced and I am still using an old-style control. As such some of the buttons do not correspond to the correct function, e.g. the "back" button is inactive and no other button replaces this function, the "interactive" button is inactive and these services have to accessed via the "guide" button. Is it possible to order a new remote control which matches up to the new box?
