Hi everyone. I filled in an online complain form on the 16 July and I have not yet had anyone contact me regarding this. How long is it likely to take for someone to get back to me about my complaint? Thanks - Rockpiler

Best bet is to ring Virgin on 150 and go to Thinking of leaving(Retentions) and explain you complained and no-one is listening to you and they will probably get things going for you.

I am having the same problem i was given an e-mail address from a floor manager, but when i sent the email a failure notice came back. I rang virgin back up for them to tell me that it was no longer in use and directed me to the contact.virgin website but unfortunatley when i put my phone number in, it say this page isnt' working but will be fixed soon. Never know it so difficult to get in contact with a complaints deptartment!!! GRRR

Seems im having the same problem as a few others trying to make a complaint & you do ALL what virgin tell you on the phone then you get fobbed off with excuses...i been waiting for a call back for over a fortnite nite & when i phone back i get told they know nothing bout my previous calls HELP i getting fed up with excuses now
i wish Virgin would be as nice when you have a complaint as they are to get your business

I am also having problems getting a response to a complaint. I have a reference KMM97359742l5977LOKM that was e mailed to me on the 14/09/2012 but still no actual response to the complaint. I am now looking at going to Sky after 18 years with Telewest/Virgin.

I didn't get a response to my complaint but i did get a follow up asking me to rate how they dealt with my complaint.
Needless to say the scores were on the low side.
