Cisco HD won't wake up

Just upgrading to HD with the Cisco box. During installation, lost power half way through and now box won't go off standby with either panel button or remote. No signal over HDMI or SCART to TV. Anyone know how to reset the box, please? Thanks, StuartAB.

Hi StuartAB,

 

Sorry for your problem, you should have received documentation with a number to call the QuickStart team, they would be able to check everything and if need be book a technician.

 

The account still shows the old equipment.
