Hi, was wondering if anyone can help, I have an old cable box (not Tivo) and when I want to watch On Demand the numbers for my pin do not even registar, obviously my numbers on my remote are working as I can use to change channels etc but the stars do not even come up when I enter my pin number, also I can't even speak to Virgin as their phone line must take your security password details and my other half has forgotten his password so I can't even speak to an advisor as you can't e/mail them too ~ losing my mind. Most appreciated if someone can help I have rebooted box to see if this helps with no effect and even updated set top card and still no joy. Thanks in advance

I have been having exactly the same problem for about three weeks now. I was told it would be fixed by 8 October but there is still a fault. Cannot enter my PIN number for any on demand tv and the whole box freezes and needs to be re-set.
