BROKEN BOX

Box has red light on but nothing else its like its stuck on standby, been like this for hours tried resetting ect still nothing. thanks

What a descriptive post this is! how is anyone supposed to even know what this box is with its nice flashing red light, is it a modem or a set top box nobody knows as oddly this forum does have specific sections for broadband and television so posting in the relevant section would have given a partial clue.

You can try unplugging it from the mains and letting it cool down just to make sure it's not overheating. Make sure all yur connections including the coax cable are secure and plug back in. If still just getting a red light probably call 151.
