I have two extra TV's boxes in our daughters bedrooms with standard virgin media boxes,The one room were the cable enters through the wall into a splitter box has a perfect picture the other the picture breaks up on most channels. I have called a technician out and he suggested changing the wall mounted plate to an sky outlet 'F' . I have brought one from maplins fitted it , rebooted box and still picture breaks up. My next thought was to buy another HDMI cable , whether this would help ? Any information would be most grateful THX..

I have taken a look at your account and can see that one of the boxes are showing as not tuned. Can you please give our faults team a call so we can get this fixed for you. You can reach them on 151 (free) from a Virgin Media land line or alternatively 0845 454 1111 (chargeable) from any other line.
