when i try to watch sky movies or sky sports on the apps on tv anywhere,after i put my details into the virgin media sign in screeen they just stay there and nothing happens.why?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue logging into the Sky apps.
What is the Make and Model of your device?
What OS are you running on it?
Do you receive any error messages at all?
Can you try deleting the app and then re installing it for me? Has this made any difference?
