Hi Kath_F I installed the Virgin TV anywhere app with no issues - it then requested I log on to my Virgin Tivo box - which I did - but then it flashes up the word 'reconnecting' on a continual loop - I have de installed app a few times and re installed again - making sure I had entered the correct Tivo details - still the same error. I checked the compatible mobiles & the S6 is not listed??
Apologies for the delay in replying. I've been off over the Christmas and New Years period but am back now and here to help where I can.
Even though the S6 isn't on the supported device list, this doesn't mean that it won't work with TV Anywhere. It just means we've not been able to run full testing on the device. The S6 is still enabled to work with TV Anywhere.
When you say it's asking you to log on to your TiVo® box, is this where you are entering in your My VM details or have you done this in a previous step?
Do you have wifi calling on your device? It's worth making sure this is turned off as we've had some trouble with some Samsung Devices not working when this is on.
