virgin on the move will not play

virgin on the go will not play on my PC. The error message reads "device could not be detected". I have been having major problems with the new Flash Player!

Hi Ken, 

 

Thanks for your post and apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this. 

 

If you are having an issue with the Flash Player, this is most likely the reason you are having an issue with your device being detected. 

 

What sort of issues are you having with the Flash Player? Are there any error messages coming up?

 

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling Flash to see if this helps? 

 

What browser are you using to access TV Anywhere?
