virgin anywhere error v500

I had the movies added to my package today and was told I should be able watch these channels on my other devices through virgin TV anywhere but I keep getting streaming error v500 on both my phone and tablet but only for the movies can watch other channels

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. It's great to have you here. Apologies for the delay in replying. I've been off over the Christmas and New Years period but am back now and here to help where I can.

 

In order to watch Sky Movies, you'll need to download the Sky Movies app. You're not able to watch the Movies channels directly through TV Anywhere.

 

Once you've downloaded the Sky Movies app, click on the VM Logo to login using your My VM details. You'll then be able to live stream any of the Movie channels.

Hi Kath

Thank you for your reply I have now obtained the sky movies app and have tried to sign in with my normal virgin username and password but the screen does not login as the sign in button fades and stays that way for a variable amount of time and does not give any login error.
