morning guys, ive created a myvirginmedia account as we recently switched back to virgin, i have logged in then gone to tv anywhere then when i click on a program it comes up saying access denied for virgin customers only which we are, any help?
Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing trying to use TV Anywhere.
When checking your connection I can't see any faults open for this issue. Do you get the same message if you sign in to TV Anywhere on a different browser?
