Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to have you here in the Community.
This seems to catch quite a few people out however not to worry, I've gone into the account and added a device change for you to re-register your PC via Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Make sure you delete the original registration first though so you don't use up both slots on the same device. Go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings to do this
