tv anywhere

I have problem accessing tv anywhere over past 3/4 weeks, although I had been o.k. getting in for many months before. A new HUB and TIVO box fitted by Virgin engineer 2 days ago, still goes not give me access to tv anywhere. The problem seens to be device registration - little wheel stating loading, does not connect. A tablet I have connects o.k.

I notice my previous messages in this regard have  been renoved

Please advise

Re: tv anywhere

Hi nikrud,

Thanks for posting!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with TV Anywhere.

I've added another device change and resynchronised your subscriptions. Could you try re-registering the device for me?

Speak soon

Josh

Re: tv anywhere

if laptop or pc, try Firefox but check the Flash addon is set to always activate. Lots of this problem about which Virgin seem to be oblivious to.

Re: tv anywhere

it's mildly amusing that a few of us who should be watching the football, are on here trying to answer queries!

Re: tv anywhere

Yes ,not funny the price off sky/bt sports & you can't get any football using an ipad in a room connected to 100 MB Wifi.
The joke is there answers is un install app reset device this obviously causes you to loss that device as you can't register it again.

Re: tv anywhere

I've used the same two devices for over 18 months and had to re-register numerous times!

Re: tv anywhere

Tv anywhere upgrade in the pipeline.

Times off high demand ie tonight service suffers.

Don't uninstall app just logout then login .

Let's see what happens tomorrow night
