tv anywhere

For the last week, everytime I click play on a progamme I get loading and then nothing, just a blank screen.  I have tried re-registering my device with no luck.  Can anyone point me in the right direction of what to do next, this is another service I am paying for with no real benefit.

I've located your account and I can see one successfully registered device with a change available.

I've re-synced your subscriptions in order to ensure all is up-to-date from this end.

Have you tried clearing your web browser's cache, cookies, and history, or tried an alternative browser at all?
