Apologies to hear you are having an issue getting TV Anywhere to recognise your login details. As you've mentioned not being able to log in to the app, have you tried the TV Anywhere website?
Give that a go and if you can log in there, we can rule out it being a username and password issue.
If it does work then this will open us up to other diagnostics including looking at your TiVo®. Do you have an active TiVo® subscription? If not, you will need one in order to use the app. If you have got one, have you made any changes to it in the last 24 hours? If so then it can take 24 hours for TV Anywhere to sync with the updates. During this time the Username Error message may appear.
