tv anywhere

When opening tv anywhere on my Samsung s5 I go to MY SHOWS I get my Tivo says box cannot be found on this network is there a fix coming I have done the rebooting thing etc

What are you trying to do when you get this error?

If you are trying to watch a recording from My Shows, you can't do that.

I have the same thing, can't manage my recordings or planned recordings.  The service status page is listing fault ref F004287148 under Broadband & TV.

I'm just trying to look at my recordings which I normally do every day to see what's recorded
