not been able to use tv anywhere via my pc for nearly 2 weeks now. any links to the tv anywhere page simply wouldn't load. today i tried again and managed to load the page but now it cannot detect my device even though i'm using the same browser and terminal as i always have. my main reason for forking out for virgin was so i could watch it at work! 13 hr shift today.....help!
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you were having an issue logging on to the TV Anywhere website.
We're aware some customers were having an issue accessing TV Anywhere from a non VM connection. Is this the case with you too? The reference for this is F004247508.
It looks as though the last incident was recorded on the 25th February so things may work now if you try them. If it's coming up with a device detection error, try deleting the device and re-registering it.
You can do this by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings.
