I'm really sorry to hear that TV Anywhere is playing up on your PC. This isn't what we like to hear and I'd love to take a look at things for you.
Can you confirm if this happens on another browser such as Firefox?
Is your Flash Player up to date?
It may be worth removing your registration and resetting it. Go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My profile > Device Settings. Delete the device there and then refresh your browser. Delete your cache, cookies and history.
Once this is done go back to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings and re-register the device. Has this helped at all?
