thanks stuck at the moment can't get passed log in but will continue if it's doable
That may be as a result of a possible fault that I am currently talking to VM about. I haven't been able to access TVA on my phone or Samsung Tab2 for the last couple of days. There was a fault listed on the status page on Wednesday but that was thought to be resolved. They are beginning to get other reports of this issue as well.
