watched sky sports on skygo on laptop this morning as sky customer, no problem. Joined virgin this afternoon but not available on tvanywhere - have tried all the recommended fixes with no success. "Silverlight required" message but when I try to download am told that my installed version is the latest.
I use skygo a lot - can this feature be made to work on virgin ?
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem with TV Anywhere. Activation for new customers for TV Anywhere can take 24 to 48 hours. Is this working for you now?
