i have registered my tablet which is a samsung tab 4 but when i try view anything i get a message telling me i must register my device can any one help?
Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having using TV Anywhere at the moment.
This isn't what we like to see and i'm more than happy to take a look at things for you.
Since registering your device, have you updated the OS at all?
It may be worth going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings.
Delete your tablet from the device list.
Go back to the TV Anywhere app and attempt to stream again. This will produce the 'need to register' error. Follow the prompts to re-register and let me know how it all goes
