so downloaded virgin tv anywhere on my Samsung galaxy s6 edge and login and select my TiVo box and then all that happens is saying reconnecting and wont let me register my device or click on anything
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue getting your S6 device to work with TV Anywhere.
When you are trying to connect, are you connected to wireless or 3G / 4G?
Do you have an active VPN network on your connection?
What OS is your device running?
Make sure you also have the latest version of the app by deleting it and then reinstalling from the playstore.

The only other thing I can think of now is to do a factory reset. By doing this you will lose everything on the device so make sure you perform a back up of anything you wish to keep.

We are still investigating a permanent fix for this however in the meantime, every time you want to use TV Anywhere un-tick the box and once you're done enable the wifi calling again.
It's not a perfect solution although it will allow you to make the most of TV Anywhere
