tv anywhere not recognising my registered device.

Signed into tv anywhere on a new device so I removed an old one and added the new one that I am on now. signed in later with that same device it says I am registered but when I go to watch something it says I have no device changes left and I'm not registered. does anyone know how to resolve this? thank you
