tv anywhere can't login

i cant seem to log into the app anymore just says invalid username/password.
i had my tivo box changed 3 days ago (i read that needed to wait 24 hrs) since then i cant sign in.
ive already changed my virgin media password but still no luck.
ive even rang customer services but after 15 mins the lady i spoke to didnt know what i should do!
can amyone help?

Apologies to hear that you've not been able to log in to the TV Anywhere app since you had your TiVo® replaced.
