neither my ipad or iPhone are able to find the TiVo box on the network. Both devices are connected to the same network as the box but I always get the same message 'TiVo not found on this network'
What are you trying to do when you get this message?

Apologies to hear you are having an error when trying to connect to your TiVo® via your device.
To make sure they are both on the same network, you'll need to have an ethernet connection between the hub and the TiVo®. If you've already made this connection try rebooting in the following order.
Turn both the hub and TiVo® off at the plug socket.
Turn the hub back on and wait for the ready light to be solid.
Turn the TiVo® back on and wait until it's fully online.
