sky go

I have a new computer running windows 10. I have registered the computer to TV Anywhere and all channels on TV Anywhere work well. This was done on Edge as recommended.

However when i try to go to a sky channel I get the normal "go to sky website". So click on that and it opens in Edge with the sign in to sky go. I sign in with no problem, but the viewing window displays "chrome no longer supports sky go ty using IE 11". I cant get to a sign in page on IE and the Virgin site opens it in Edge

Any help would be much appreciated....thank you in advance

Dave

Re: sky go

Hi Dave,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue Using Sky Go via your PC.

Once you've registered your devices, you need to stick with the same browser.

You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports.

I have added a device change to use to add the device again. If you try streaming now, it should work.

Keep me posted.

Re: sky go

As i said i did stick with the same browser and signed in with sky go on edge but the browser did not support sky go to view.
I now use edge for tv anywhere and IE11 to sign in and view sky sports

Re: sky go

You'll need to install & activate Silverlight in IE for Sky Sports to work.
