I tried to watch sky sports on my ipad but it said I have reached my limit of devices.
I only use my phone so it must be a mistake.
when I looked at my devices both slots were taken up by my iPhone!!!
when I deleted one my son's laptop appeared???
I deleted that and now it says I have no devices left this month!!
please reset the system please, this is not my fault.

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you have had getting your device working with the Sky apps.
I have totally reset the Sky platform for you now so you have no devices registered and 1 change to use.
If you try streaming from whatever device you want to use the Sky apps with, it will be automatically registered.
As the Sky and TV Anywhere platforms are different, no changes have been made to your devices for TV Anywhere. The Iphone is still registered.

Its happened again!!
Tried to watch darts on my phone, it said no more devices available. My phone was registered and working fine a few days earlier!!!
checked status of registered devices and my phone was still there!
I deleted both phone and ipad to try and get it working but no joy.

Have you made any changes at all to the device like updating the software or updating the apps?
I can see you have no devices registered now so delete the Sky apps and then re download Sports again. Attempt streaming and let me know what happens.
