registering my device

Why when trying to register my device does the wheel just keep turning loading device, also I can not open the FAQ below the wheel

Apologies for the issues you are having with this. In order to help, we will need a little more information. 

 

Are you using the Online or App version of TV Anywhere?

 

If online version:

What OS is your PC/Laptop running?

What browser are you using and which version is it?

What version of Flash Player are you using?

Do you get anything different if trying another browser?

 

If app version:

What is the make and model of your device?

What OS is the device running?

Have you used the app on this or any other devices previously?

Thanks for the reply Kath.

Ive called virgin today and they said that Anywhere is routed via my Tivo Box.

Im working away from home and turned the power off the box. Is this correct.

Im you using the Online version of TV Anywhere?

What OS is your PC/Laptop running? Vista

What browser are you using and which version is it? Internet Explorer 9

What version of Flash Player are you using? 20.0.286

Do you get anything different if trying another browser? I have not tried

Hi Ian,

 

Thanks for coming back to me on this. 

 

If your TiVo® is off then this could be why. If you've left it in Standby though it should work. 

 

Is there any one you can send round to reboot your TiVo® to see if this helps?

 

Double check things in another browser as well to make sure this doesn't resolve things Smiley Happy
