Sorry to hear that your registered device is giving you an error of not registered.
I can see that you have 2 iPads that are currently registered to use TV Anywhere. Is that correct or have you registered the same device twice? If so I would remove the both of them and re-register the iPad by streaming a channel through the app for it to prompt for registration. If you do have 2 iPads within the property and these are correct then try to un-install the app and re-installing it to see if it will work.
