register device

for the last 3 days I have been unable to view any tv on the go, I have gone around in circles trying to register my device, at NO time does the register this device display!!

 

I can however change things on m Tivo box remotely....very disappointed that I have received no help from anyone since first asking!!!

 

Why am I paying for internet Dongle from Virgin if I can't use it to watch tv!!!!
