I get the message "problem streaming channel" on every channel I select on my mobile phone. It worked perfectly 3 days ago, any ideas please?

I was just trying to watch Virgin tv on my mobile phone that had worked perfectly 3 days prior. I get the same message on all channels and cannot now watch anything on my moby!
