Yet again, TV Anywhere not working on Safari!
Went to watch Sky Sports 5 and it said that I needed a Silver light update. When I clicked "install/update" I was taken to this screen:
Where I was stuck for about 10 minutes. I refreshed and tried again, no luck. Have tried downloading this Silverlight update separately from the SkySports hyperlink and it doesn't work either.
Solution before the football is finished would be super...!
Ok, I now have managed to download Silverlight by clicking on the "Silverlight home" link on the above screenshot page.
However I am now met with this message!
I am not in Private browsing mode on Safari and I have ensured that the 'enable application storage' option is ticked as suggested.
Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are facing with this
The most common issue with Safari is the Cookie status.
Make sure this is set to Always as opposed to Allow or Block.
Once this setting is changed, try again and let me know how you get on.

Set safari to 'always allow' cookies and still experiencing the same problem.
Thanks for changing that setting for me.
With this being the main cause for the fault, i'm not really sure where else to go with this.
As the error is connected with Silverlight, try uninstalling the whole thing and making sure it's completely off the PC before re installing. For some reason it must be corrupting at some point.
It may also be worth heading over to the Sky Forums to see if they are aware of what could cause this

Thanks for coming back to us and letting us know things are now resolved.
Can you let us know what the cause was?
