I'm really sorry to hear that you are having an issue logging in to TV Anywhere. This isn't what we like to hear and I'm happy to help resolve things.
What make and model device are you using?
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app to see if this helps?
Some devices autofill the information and in doing so add an extra space on the end. If your device does automatically input the username and password try deleting this and retyping it in afresh. Has this made any difference?
