i cant get the sky sports working
cookies on always
registered new pc on web,
cant get it to work,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue watching Sky Sports.
Normally this happens if an update has gone through.
Just so I can help further can you please advise me on the following:
What browser are you using?
Are you running the latest version of Silverlight?
What OS is your PC / Laptop running?
When logging into anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports is your device listed here? If so please remove it and then try to stream a Sky Sports channel via www.skysports.com.
Has this changed anything?

I've made some changes on this end. Can you please delete the cache, cookies and history on your browser and try again please.
