iPad says incorrect username and password

Hi,

My 2 TV Anywhere devices are the iMac and iPad: I can get onto iMac no problem but having no joy with the iPad as won't accept the same details. I've even changed the password twice but still no joy. Please can you advise or look into.

There is a major national Virgin outage been going on for the past 12 hours. Virgin media don't seem to have communicated about the faults other than on the service status page which seems to play down the severity of the problem. It is the same for everyone.

This user has left the community.

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

Sorry to read that you were unable to log into TV Anywhere on your iPad.

 

The fault that thanks4nothing mentioned has now been closed down as resolved.

 

Are you still getting the same error message on the iPad? If so try typing the username/password manually rather than using auto-fill to see if that works for you.
