iPad app

I've just recently got virgin and have decided to download the app on my iPad however I don't know any of the information it's asking me e.g email address and pass word + account number as I haven't received a billing address uet

Welcome to the community.

 

Sorry to read that you haven't got the details you require to be able to log into TV Anywhere.

 

Have you received a welcome letter from ourselves? As this will have your account number listed with the site ID. If you have this you will be able to register on your My Virgin Media to set up the email address and password.
