this is with galaxy tab pro 10.1, my tab 3 8.0 connected straight away but i noticed the tick box that you need to use has been cut off by the icon box where you log in

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue using TV Anywhere on one of your devices.
What is the full Model of your 10.1 Tablet? This should be in the Device settings.
