Sorry to hear about the issue with TV Anywhere.
I had a quick look at your account and could see that there were no device changes available, which may have been the culprit in disallowing you to get your tablet to work with the app.
I have now added a change on there for you, but just to be sure, I'd delete the app from the device and then re-download it before signing in again.
