Thanks for getting back to us with that information. Apologies that accessing TV Anywhere is still proving difficult. I'd like to get to the bottom of what's causing this problem and get this working properly for you, so if you don't mind, I have a few more questions for you.
Are you still getting a grey screen when trying to steam Channel 4 on your mobile using the app?
When using the TV Anywhere app or Sky Sports app on your tablet, what error are you getting when trying to stream a live channel? (without your mobile set to a WiFi hotspot)
Also, you will need to delete one of your devices on the TV Anywhere and Sky Sports apps and re-register your tablet. I have made sure that you have a device change available for both TV Anywhere & Sky Sports.

Also, around the time that you started having this problem, did you download any updates for your mobile and tablet?
I have reset your TV Anywhere on the main server and sent new signals to your TiVo. Reboot your TiVo and then retry streaming to Channel 4 on the TV Anywhere app and Sky Sports 1 on your Sky Sports app.
If this still is not working, please uninstall and reinstall the apps again.Please let me know how this goes.
