I KEEP GETTING A MESSSAGE AN ERROR HAS OCCURED .WHEN I HIT WATCH ON THE TV SCREEN

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue getting your app to play the programme on the TV.
Just to make sure you are aware, in order to complete this action your TiVo® box and hub need to be connected via an ethernet cable or powerline adapters. They need to be on the same Network.
Once you have made this connection, reboot your TiVo® box and try again.
