error code on my tablet on virgin anywhere

I am recieving an error code on vtv anywhere d:1. Whats happening

Hi Minisativa, 

 

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having with this error code. 

 

Currently, whenever we have come across this, it's been because the user is using a second account on the Tablet as opposed to the main android account. 

 

IS this the case with you?

I tried to add it to both my tivos but now i have no more changes to make. Can this be reset???

Hi Minisativa, 

 

Thanks for coming back to me on this. 

 

Your device changes will be reset at midnight tonight Smiley Happy 

 

Just to confirm, you only need to add your device, not your TiVo®. They will already be linked.

 

Make sure you are using the MAIN account on the Android device and not a second user account. 

 

Also use your primary details to log in to be able to register the device.

Hi i have 3 new devices in ny house so noe there are some obsolete. It is offering me one change.. -no use im afraid...
can my account be reset so i can do this all over?? I have two tivo boxes and want to sort it all out in one go. .

Hi Minisativa, 

 

You only get one device change per month. 

 

The very first time you use TV Anywhere you are able to add 2 devices but we're not able to reset this back to the start i'm afraid. 

 

You can only have 2 devices registered per Virgin Media account so you wouldn't be able to add all 3.

Hi I get a D:1 error on my android box when I go to play. I don't have a login to the box or different users. Any ideas?

This is a login error. You need to use the username and password that you registered with when you first registered for TV Anywhere. Due to data protection, you will need to either go through our Online Chat or call in to speak with one of our Technical Advisors to help further. 

 

Online Chat can be found here, just click on this link. To telephone Virgin Media, ring 150 (free from a Virgin landline) or 0345 454 1111 (from any other phone).
