devise problems

Tried to log in on windows 10 on chrome. No joy so tied Firefox as suggested but says no slots available. Left with juddering view on hudl2 and no access on laptop. Any suggestions?

1. Wait until August 1 and try again.
2. Wait a few days here until a forum team member gives you an extra change and try again.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community Smiley Happy

 

Chrome is unsupported so stay away from this browser completely Smiley Happy

 

I have gone in to the account and added a device change for you. 

 

Using a PC/Laptop go to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings. Remove the device registration by clicking on the Delete button. 

 

Once you've done this, using the device you are trying to re-register, open up Firefox or Internet Explorer and the TV Anywhere website and log in. Try to stream Channel 4 and this should then prompt you to register the device. 

 

Follow the prompts on the screen and this will register the device for you and streaming will then commence Smiley Happy
