devices on Virgin TV anywhere

i have my iPhone and iPad registered on Virgin TV Anywhere app and my iPad works fine with all apps, however when I try and watch sky sports via the sky sports app it tells me I've reached the maximum number of devices and will not let me watch, why is that? It very frustrating. I've checked the phone name, all looks fine, any ideas? I also find it very annoying that I can't speak to a person at Virgin to get support, just recorded messages

I'm sorry to hear that you to are having an issue with this. 

 

As mentioned by BenMcr, this is now raised as a fault with Sky and we are working closely with them to get this resolved. Once we have any information, i'll let you know.
